Rovers game at Galabank on Saturday is yet another 6 pointer. Annan are 3 points ahead of Rovers and due to a vastly inferior goal difference a Vers win would see us leapfrog them!
They’ve had a Berwick Rangers type run of late and have taken exactly 1 point since the turn of the year which was last week against Brechin.
My prediction is a 2-0 away win.

I know it's a plastic (threadbare?) pitch but I could see a p-p due to the weather possibly even on safety grounds. Safe journey to all heading down. Anyone going by train best to go via Carlisle as their is a landslide on the killie-dumfries section making it an even longer journey that way. Also check that the Glasgow-Carlisle section is running as flooding in Carlisle area shut that line yesterday. You could always hire a boat or swim! 😁

Another BIG game for the MIGHTY 'Vers tomorrow on the Solway Coast.
Since the beginning of December we've really turned things around (with the exception of Stirling & Stenny!)
As Annan seem to be in freefall at present reckon it has to be a 2-0 victory to the MIGHTY 'Vers.
Let's do this guys.

As Jim White would say "Let's hope so!"

Another stormy day in the offing - hope this plastic pitch is more favourable this week. Annan seem to be doing a Berwick recently and are now nestling just above us in the league. We are long overdue another away win this season and after last weeks flatness we have three points to prove. Annan 1 Albion Rovers 2

Not the best of conditions down here at Annan can see this being a scrappy horrible 1.0 victory for either team.

Sacrificed this one to watch my grandson play. Conditions were horrible. You know how sometimes you can't get the ball to keep still for a set piece - the referee abandoned this one when they couldn't stop the goalposts sliding away!
