It’s now put up or shut up for Hearts and their threatened legal action. I’m guessing we’ll get a statement that they won’t go to court for the good of Scottish football (ie. it’ll cost Hearts a huge amount and they’ll lose anyway).

Interesting to find out the names of the 16 clubs. Hearts Partick thistle Stranrear Celtic Rangers Falkirk Inverness Edinburgh Clyde Queen of the south Brechin Dundee Would be my guess Each one has been vocal in support of reconstruction or has somthing to gain out of it

Even if they win their legal case, somehow, they wont play in the premiership next season, the money they will win comes out the prize pot for next season

Good luck to Thistle, they have been screwed big time. Hearts and Stranraer both deserved a shot at playing out the season as well.
