Starting on Monday 24 January the Community Trust will be running the SPFL's highly rated Football Fans in Training programme ( FFIT).
The main aim of the programme is to help people make positive lifestyle changes aimed at improving health and wellbeing.
The programme is delivered by a qualified coach in an enjoyable, relaxed and interesting way.
From week 2 , each session will include some moderate physical activity.
FFIT is a great social experience engaging with others with the same goals.
The programme is open to men aged 35 to 65.
The course runs for 13 weeks on a Monday evening( 6.30 to 8) at Reigart( Cliftonhill) stadium and starts on Monday 24 January.
FFIT is absolutely free!!
This is a great way to a healthier you in the New Year!

Smashing second session of FFIT. Great turnout and lots of good discussions about healthy lifestyle choices and how hard it can be. Ended night with physical activity session with everyone going at own pace.
