A great start to the year as Vers triumph 3-0. You heard it here first! You on the sauce already David LOL I'll agree with a couple of the posts above and go for a 1-1 draw which would represent an excellent result in view of the way Airdrie are playing right now under their new management team. C'MON THE ROVERS!

A draw of any sort will do me. Although, rovers have faired well against the so called top teams in this league.

Great result - looks like we were under siege for long spells in the second half but Airdrie's strikers had only 7 out of 16 shots on target, where we had 4 out of 7 & 2 goals. I hope D7 was there to give his usual excellent report - great for us exiles.

Great result and three most welcome points. Rovers motm Ross Stewart for me for many great saves and solid throughout. Amazing double save too.

A fantastic and to be honest unexpected win,I would have taken a point, but thankfully the boys had other ideas and a Stephen Boyd double in his last game for us,was a great sign of from him. This was a result and performance that sums up the club ,great resolution at times ,great fight at times and a never say die attitude with some very nice pieces of skill thrown in for good measure and it was a pleasure to witness this performance.I hate to pick out individuals but Ross in goal had some truly excellent saves ,a double save in particular that was immense, Kyle throwing himself in front of a shot to prevent a goal, and the reliable Dunlops with Gary Fisher and Ross Davidson running the middle and Reidy at the back deserve special mention, hopefully we can keep this form up,for a wee while and kick on for the rest of the season.
