Team has got the week off, time for the board and john to get a few things fix/ or worked out, also would be great if us fans start something, to meet up one's a week, and have a few people in the group stand up for our club, maybe Prof would like this.

Good report on Saturday by Colin Paterson...if his quote from JB is true then even the manager has thrown in the towel

`Covered some great games and great moments when on the Rovers beat. Relished interviews with Frank Meade and always enjoyed speaking to the players. Fans always friendly. Situation they are in is very sad indeed. They are in deep, deep trouble.`

What was more concerning that the boys brogan signed on loan have been sent back to their original clubs within a month of being signed. Does this not set alarm bells off that this character doesn’t have a clue what he is doing? Surely he had done some homework on the boys he was going for before signing them? The boys signed on loan probably didn’t cost the club any money but I wouldn’t trust brogan with another penny of our clubs money.

.....or maybe those guys asked to be returned to their parent clubs....as youngsters they would learn nothing of value being associated with the present ARFC set up. And as for not giving JB any more money..too late...its all gone....

Someone else making the point that the programme needs a results and fixtures page. It is badly let down without one. I realise you have far bigger worries of course.

Watched the Queens Park match, awful match, awful performance, at 1-0 it was clear there was no way back.
I think I am right in saying there were 5 changes in the starting line up for the Berwick match. Don’t know the players well enough to keep track of the subs coming on, players going off. So, some credit to the management team for going for a fairly radical change in the line up.
Credit to the referee for giving Berwick a (non) penalty at a vital time, and not giving Rovers a penalty when a defender appeared to have both hands on the ball. Not sure why Potts get criticism for an explicable refereeing decision. There was one goal when he might have come out but it was a 50-50 decision, he stayed, the goal was lost, and the boot goes in. Very unfair. Where I was standing, no one was criticising the keeper.
There is obviously work to be done on the defending, thought the midfield worked quite well, thought Fisher was terrific, the forward line, compared to the previous week, looked the part and on another day would have scored more goals.
Rovers went for it towards the end and lost quite avoidable goals.
Not sure that the forum reflects the majority of the supporters, on here, it is the death march, at the final whistle many more supporters applauded than shouted.
I came away encouraged that there is something there to work on.

We also had probably the most outrageous goal seen at Cliftonhill. The result (in my opinion) was very cruel on the team.

Stonewall penalty for Berwick . These get given 99.999% of the time. Our midfield is non-existent.

Two stonewall penalties for Rovers. Not given. Such is life.
