You read a lot of negative comments on this forum and to be honest rightly so (most of the time).
However, there has been some good regarding the way my U19s team have been treated by the current manager first team manager and reserve team manager John Brogan & Graeme Liveston and the Chairman and board.
The club have given us playing kit for last season and this new season also when they can have given us use of the stadium for games as well.
Since the manager has come in, he has been very hands on with my team ensuring we are part of the development structure at the club and we are happy, I would also have to include Graeme Liveston in this who is very keen on bringing through the boys from the U19s he attends our games asks our players to go train etc organised bounce games with reserves. Even for my own development as a young coach I have been asked to attend reserve and first team games to better my knowledge.
Also, must thank JD Peacock the club physio he has been excellent also.
For a club like Albion Rovers I think this is important not only to create your own player pathway, but hopefully get a few of the younger lads going along to games etc which will increase the attendance figures at games (Hopefully)
Also like to thank the Albion Rovers fans that occasionally attend our games.
Although everyone is quick to shoot us down as a club, there is some good going on within the club that we should be proud. Let’s hope the results keep improving and the lads keep putting points on the board.
Josh

I too feel that the club does its best to support local youngsters. The under 19's have had some really great results and more than hold their own against opposition of all kinds. Again, I'm sorry I still haven't seen a game but hope to make it some day.

It's great Brogan put in place the 19s this season, bring players though the system can only be good for the club.

It's great Brogan put in place the 19s this season, bring players though the system can only be good for the club. He never created the team, the original idea and credit for that goes to David Caldwell former director of football, he brought myself and the U19s team in.

New game. Rovers "bingo". It's like the " guess who" game where you use clues to eliminate faces but at the end you're left with an ex-board member with no life and an agenda with nothing to back it up!
