One more piece of nostalgia that I found was a framed photo of Albion Rovers 1892 ( I have seen this photo before in a book about the history of Albion Rovers, but this copy of the photo - 11 x 8 inches - is in my possession ). I couldn't find out much about the two cups that they won that season, the Airdrie Charity Cup, and the Larkhall Charity Cup, e.g. who they played in the finals, but maybe someone might have some details.  |

Larkhall Charity Cup Royal Albert 2-5 ARFC
Robin's book does not spell out what town the 2nd Charity Cup was based, but might be the Airdrie Charity Cup ARFC 5-3 Airdrieonians
'Ten years without a trophy for the sideboard and all of a sudden two Cups within eight days!'

There is a trophy in the board room cabinet which might be one of them, keep meaning to check it, in a sllght disrepair.
