From the website:
Paul Allan becomes Brian Reid’s latest recruit – joining on a season-long loan from Dunfermline Athletic.
The highly-rated midfielder joins having been involved with Dunfermline’s first team this season playing against Kilmarnock in the Betfred Cup.
The 20-year-old spent last season on loan at Brechin City making 21 appearances.

For anyone interested, I have linked Paul Allans attributes from the FM20 database for you The game is surprisingly accurate to real life. This is how the research scouts who go into each club on the game have assessed his ability fmdataba.com/20/p/251605/paul-allan/His attributes would suggest a box to box midfield role could be ideal for him.

FM is not at all accurate to ‘real life’.
The scores that are given to each attribute do not reflect a player’s ability in the league/level they play in/at.
Facepalm!

Im not that daft am I? "facepalm"....you want to chill out a bit perhaps?
Of course you arent going to come across Lionel Messi with 19s and 20s for Dribbling and Finishing in Scottish League 2.
It was more to show what his STANDOUT attributes are.
Clearly, other players in the league wont be scoring huge attribute levels either and I didnt suggest they would.
Football manager is a highly accurate game. Its well known within the game that many top clubs buy data from the games developers to aid their own scouting networks.
