Rovers reserves beat Bellshill of the WoS league tonight at Alliance Pk. The final score was 4-1 with the Bellshill goal coming from a spot kick.
The WoS side had at least 2 opportunities to score which were of the easier to score than miss variety.
The Bellshill manager got a yellow card for his expletive laden shouting, the ref telling him it was just too much.

Bellshill Athletic 1-4 Reserves
The Reserves recorded another victory over West of Scotland League opponents, defeating a Bellshill side which had previously been undefeated in pre-season 4-1 at Alliance Park. The home team started well and looked to be the strongest of the five teams we have played at this level so far until Kieran Dolan opened the scoring with a free kick from the edge of the box in 38 minutes then scored immediately afterwards with a great shot, set up by Julien Kouame. Before the interval, Paul Sweeney added a third with a spectacular top corner strike. With four players replaced at the break by trialists, in preparation for the game against Rangers B , the second half display was still good, the highlight being a left foot strike by stand-in skipper Ryan Devine to take his side’s total to four. Bellshill scored from the penalty spot late on. Team: Smith (Sandberg); Fernie (Meek), Watt, Greenwood, White (McGeachin); Fee (Al Jamal), Devine; Kouame (Hale), McVey, Dolan (Dos Santos), Sweeney
