A good holding position statement by the club. As the home club , I am sure the BOD will be holding an immediate enquiry, taking the necessary action against the person/s responsible, apologising to the player and Kelty Hearts as a club and also making the findings of their investigation available to the SPFL and Police Scotland.
As anyone with a bit of life experience knows, a good reputation takes a long time to build and takes minutes to destroy. That's twice in 2 months we have had to apologise to other clubs due to the mindless actions of a few. I feel for all who have worked tirelessly over the years to make the Rovers an inclusive and welcoming club only for our reputation to be tarnished. The last thing we want is for people to be put off supporting and sponsoring us.

First things first before we go half cocked wanting a number of fans sine died from the ground, Nathan Austin’s tweet mention one “fan” if you call him that who racially abused him . So that person needs to be identified with the help of Kelty, the steward who was at that end and other fans in that vicinity as well. That person should be banned by the club.
After that the club should review the involvement of the ultras with the club.

Nothing more the club can do other than that. The involvement of the whole group also needs looked at as the inflammatory behaviour outside the ground at full time was stupid as are comments like "say it to my face" on the message board for anyone criticises them.
