Remember folks it’s a 2pm k-o at the Balmoral Stadium.
Cove 2-0 Rovers is my prediction.
If I’m wrong we’ll be away to Alloa or Rangers B who play at Dumbarton in the next round.

Don't know where the confidence is coming from. the team joint top of league 1 v the team 1 point above bottom of league 2
Cove 4-0
Stroll in the park for them

It’s a Mickey Mouse cup and there should only be one winner here. As long as no players are risked and maybe a chance to play some who are on the fringes. That said, what’s the chances Rovers will win this game and serve up the same slop in our next league game.

Can't see anything but a convincing home win in this one. 3-0 Cove.

Long way to go for a guaranteed humping. Anything less than a 3 goal deficit will feel like a victory.

I have a rule never to predict against the Rovers. I think this will be sorely tested tomorrow however. Cove 2 Rovers 2. Rovers win on penalties!

sadly will have to change to Charles the Pessimistic and fear the worse - if we can keep them at bay for a long spell who knows - but an early goal conceded may be good night Vienna - if Austria lose and Scotland win !

Manager did the subs to early, thats why we got beat today, before the subs Rovers were doing well, to early Boss.

Sounds like a bit of a late collapse then.
Honestly thought we might win it on penalties when I checked earlier!

Someone at the game will be able to tell us better, I would have thought holding out to the last 10 minutes against a team at the top of a higher league seems like a reasonable afternoon.

Maybe but four goals in 10 is pretty poor.

Best Rovers performance for ages by a long shot. So glad I went up to Aberdeen. The whole team played well and just my luck left with a minute to go and we score. 😱 Definitely looked like it was going to penalties and Rovers unlucky not to have gone one or two up. Front two teenagers played great and Aaron and Lewis Wilson were worthy of a championship team. In fact I counted 23 tackles from Lewis Wilson which he won against their no. 11. Run him ragged. Hope Lewis's injury isn't bad. Experience and fitness told in the end but left very optimistic. And only a tenner to get in. Loved the Rovers beat music playing before the match from the dressing room. Really inspired the boys. Really disappointed with only a handful of Rovers fans at match. Dear Board of Directors its time for a subsidised bus. Speaking of Board it was great to see a previous chairman at match. Is a boardroom coup just around the corner 😱
