There is no supporters bus to this game at the home of the league leaders this Saturday (15th).
It is easy to get to this match from Coatbridge by train, find some info below:
The nearest station to their ground is 10-15 mins walk and is Dumbarton East.
Some trains are:
Leaves Coatbridge Sunnyside 12.09 arrives at 12.57, 12.19 arrives at 13.19, 12.39 arrives at 13.27, 12.49 arrives at 13.50, 13.09 arrives 13.57, 13.19 arrives at 14.19.
On the way back:
Leaves Dumbarton East 17.10 arrives at Coatbridge Sunnyside 18.00, 17.20 arrives 18.20, 17.42 arrives 18.31.
Trains from Coatdyke leave 3 minutes earlier than from Sunnyside and of course arrive back 3 minutes later too.
Trains from Blairhill leave 2-3 minutes later than from Sunnyside and of course arrive back 2-3 minutes earlier than at Sunnyside.
The full adult fare (Saturday is off-peak all day) is £7.80 from Coatdyke, £7.70 from Sunnyside and £7.60 from Blairhill.
Kids aged 5-15 fare is £3.90 from Coatdyke, £3.85 from Sunnyside and £3.80 from Blairhill.
Discounts are of course available on these prices if you have a National Entitlement Card (over 60's bus pass) and are travelling from within Strathclyde, National Rail Card, Scotrail Club 50 card etc.
Drinks:
It seems that there is now a bar for away fans in the stadium although I've not had 100% confirmation of this or it's opening time. Previously Rovers fans had pre-match drinks in the Rock Bowling Club just a few yards further down the road from the stadium although I don't know for sure if that's still ok.
There is also the Stag's Head pub just across the road from the train station. Previously they had a ban on fans wearing team colours so don't necessarily expect that to be an option unless you hide your scarf etc.

There is no strike action as such but Scotrail now advise that due to an overtime ban by a union there will be some cancellations from tomorrow (Friday) onwards. See here for details!

I'm inclined now to take my car, which means again I would have seats available. If anyone is interested PM me. Two conditions: don't offer me money and don't ask for hints to the quiz answers.

Asked my Sons supporting mate about the club bar
“ pretty sure you’ll enter the ‘home’ end and have access to the bar and then head over to away end just before KO, it’s been like that all season”

Stags Head is the pub. Real ale available. Agree with their no colours rule.

I’ve checked the trains and there are a few cancelled ones on this line. The ones heading to Dumbo are much to late to affect us as they leave after k-o.
The 17.20 from Dumbarton East heading east to Coatbridge etc. has been cancelled but the others are ok.
