11 goals and 5 assists in 19 matches. 73% goal participation. Pretty impressive for a 21 year old.
What's his contract situation and the clubs strategy for a player like this?

He is contracted till the end of the season and obviously is being watched by a number of clubs because of his numbers, Not much the club can do except try and get the best deal possible if he closes to leave for a better club

Surely that should be bigger not better!!😁 Ronnie

It is a sad reality for our club that this often happens at the end of a season - the list is endless of great talented players who advance beyond our limits - it is great opportunities for the individual but a sore loss to the club when this has to happen - we have to appreciate the time they have had with us and continue to unearth future gold nuggets to keep the conveyor belt going.

Thanks for the responses, good to know. Hopefully with the kid being 21 there is a chance he stays with the club another season, at least, so he can continue to get the game time he needs to develop and move onto bigger and better things. I'm sure a lot of discussions go in the background, but would be good to try and negotiate an extension early, commit to and encourage the player he will get a chance a bigger club, and AR can be the stepping stone for a future move in time.
