Learned some really sad news this morning when confirming the Livi coach with Tommy Miller of Miller's Coaches.
A good number of you guys will remember well big Frankie who drove us to pretty much all of the Rovers away games for many years.
The big man very sadly passed away earlier this week.
Big Frank was a larger than life character-his patter on the coaches and legendary tapes and CD's he used to play on the way to and from matches always gave everyone a great laugh and he really contributed to great days out with his banter with the guys.
His geographical knowledge was also brilliant - you never had to tell big Frank where any away ground was situated and he even knew all the short cuts and ways to avoid the traffic to get us to the pub as early as possible.
Even remember a trip to Methil when Frank dropped most of us at the pub at the top of the hill before taking other folk to the ground. He then came back for us about quarter to 3 to run us down the hill. That summed the man up for me.
RIP Big Man - a true one-off.

A true gentleman who was a big part of our days away all over Scotland . Always cheery and pleasant with the patience of a saint . So sad that when we head out with Millers tomorrow, big Frankie won't be there to join the fun and games that make the supporters bus a wee bit special.

Sorry to hear this, the big fella will be much missed. He brightened up many a dodgy journey around the outposts of the SFL.
Condolences to the friends and family.
