We just need to forget that one-there have been countless similar matches over the years-and get stuck into Alloa next week.

Agree guys - it was a very poor quality game today and we could have done much better. However - we're still 4th in the League - YASSS!!! We might be 4th in the league but we were beaten. Y a team who started off the day in second bottom. Going to be a very tight league this

we will have to adapt our style to suit the surfaces- the slick passing movement was missing yesterday , having to adopt the long ball to forwards that were dwarfed by the Peterhead defence didn't work. The artificial pitch at Alloa may suit us better. With the winter months coming on it may be trench warfare for the home games and a bit more of the flair at the astro away pitches. No disgrace yesterday as Peterhead look set to do their yearly climb of the league.

Good points indeed. Rovers were superb at the passing game at Livingston. Winter at Cliftonhill does resemble the Somme at times, so trench warfare indeed. Buchanan also correct: we need to be far more robust when needed. Peterhead were good, and deserved to win.

I wasn't at the Livi game but I haven't seen us play a passing game all season. We've been far more direct this year. As for robustness, I can't understand why Fish doesn't get a game. Alright, Darren might still be miffed at Fish taking time out during the season to get married but we need someone who isn't afraid to make a tackle in our midfield.

I think it's more a case of why change a winning team up until yesterday the boys had been playing well so how do you justify changing the team. Might see it being changed now but I actually agree with young on that one
