Saturday 25th November Scottish Cup Round 3 v Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic home 3pm k-o Season tickets not valid Entry will be via pay-at-the-gate, with adult pricing set at £11, concessions £6, under-14s £3. Concessions include those aged over 65 or 14-17.
The prices are set as above and match our usual league admission prices although the description of concession eligibility is slightly different from that for league games which includes "people not in work".
Bonnyrigg currently sit 5th in League 2 with 15 points from 12 matches. At time of writing they've lost their last 4 matches but do play tonight (Tuesday) at home to East Fife.
Rovers shall be without Alan Reid as he was sent off in the last round of this cup although he may be injured anyway. We shall also presumably be missing Conor Duffy for his red at Kilwinning which would presumably be for violent conduct which applies to the next match rather than the next match in the same competition.
We managed to beat BR 3 from 4 times last season and I'm hopeful that Joe Bevan will be back in the team and there'll be a spark in the lads and we'll beat the Rose 2-0.

Potentially our last meaningful game of the season so let's hope the players can get themselves up for it and find a bit of fight. Hoping they somehow can and win 2-1

The players need to put into action the same effort and endevour that the Kilwinning Rangers showed last Saturday when playing as underdogs.

I don't care about out respective leagues. This is win or bust for me. I Keep hearing that this seasons team has more fight and heart than last seasons bunch of quitters.
This has to be the game for proof of that.

Hopefully with us being the underdogs we might play better, Bonnyrigg are on a run of a few defeats, they play tonight, hope their fans behave on Saturday, last time we played them their fans were a disgrace

Bonnyrigg won tonight's match 4-2 with former Rover Smart bagging one of them.

Dunno if there’s any truth in this but a Bonnyrigg fan replied to that Everything Albion Rovers account on Twitter saying Bonnyrigg have requested segregation for Saturdays match and that we haven’t responded to them

I was asked if there would be any segregation but said I didn’t feel it was required - we have hosted Dunfermline and Kilmarnock this season with no segregation.
