Tuesday 6th February LL v Broomhill away 7.45pm k-o Please note this match has switched to awayVenue: Rock Stadium, Dumbarton, G82 1JJ Admission: Adult £8, Concessions £4 Pay at the gate or buy tickets online HEREBus info here! This is the first ever meeting of Rovers and Broomhill who have had a varied existence as Broomhill Sports Club and BSC Glasgow which were split into 2 clubs a few years ago and under the name BSC Glasgow compete in the West of Scotland League division 4 which is tier 10 of the pyramid. This weeks opponents played for a few years at Recreation Park in Alloa and then moved to Broadwood in Cumbernauld where last season they played as Open Goal Broomhill. Nowadays they share the Rock stadium with Dumbarton. This is of course the first of a double-header with Broomhill visiting Cliftonhill on Saturday, they currently occupy 14th place in the league table behind Rovers on goal difference as they have -3 and we have +7. Both teams have 27 points and Rovers have played 4 games fewer. A Rovers win will see us jump from 13th to 10th in the table on the basis of goal difference for at least 24 hours when Cowdenbeath play University of Stirling where 1 or more points will lift them above us once more and we'd settle into 11th place. I predict a full first choice starting XI and a rousing 3-0 Rovers triumph.

When they started they asked if they could use cliftonhill and were apparently surprised when they were told they would have to pay for the privilege
They also played at airdrie for a couple years before Alloa,
At one point they had quite a few members of paul Martins crazy gang playing for them,
We played them preseason one time at airdrie where rovers at the time did give them a going over

If we turn up like we did against Gala Fairydean I think Rovers will win, Broomhill have been on a downward spiral recently so we need to take advantage of that, massive 2 games coming up

I can't even stomach making a prediction for a Rovers game against a team called Broomhill.
I think it's safe to say I never took our relegation very well.

The forecast says no rain at all in Dumbarton after 7am so I'm optimistic.

Couldn't make it as had had some surgery done at Hospital today so won't make it for a couple of weeks, I agree with Tommy, Bright took his goal well and it was great finish, good to see him scoring two games in a row and getting a start, should do his confidence the world of good. Decent point.

I love the way the crowd noise is in slow motion on the replay.

Took his goal well. Happy with a point. Indeed.....but it`s a sad day when there is contentment with a point from this nomadic tribe

Pretty dominant through out the game. Best rovers performance in long time.
They had one chance and finished it in the first half. They did have a few chances in the 2nd and the last 2 minutes of time was then taking corners which is nervy.
We play some really good football at times.
I think on a better park we should beat them. Roll on Saturday.
