Well that’s how you make an impact. Welcome to the Rovers Aaron Quigg! Hopefully the first of many to come.

Albion Rovers-8 Gretna-0 😁😁😁😁 Slightly adrift with my prediction then😁🤣 Anyway, just glad to get the 3 points in the end which extends our unbeaten run. Gretna made it hard for us however thankfully we eventually broke them down. Onwards to face Bo'ness next Saturday. Coach details for the Linlithgow Rose & Hearts B games will be posted tomorrow guys😁

Very debatable if we deserved the 3 points. On to the next game.

A very long and very dull game today. Probably a 0-0 a fair result but Gretna time wasting came back to bite them on the backside. Forgettable game but another 3 points. Onwards and upwards.

We seem to be a bit awestruck when we face teams who are miles adrift off the rest of the league - today was no different. Great save by Connelly near the end kept it at 0-0 until last minute winner. Need to up our game next week but we do tend to be better against the allegedly top teams in this league.A more sober score predications next week.

First of all, what was Peter doing reading out all the wrong team numbers? Niyah Joseph 5? Why not read out the squad numbers anyway?
The kids made a hell of a racket but some funny comments. When one of the pony tailed twins was on the ball, one young six year old wag yelled "get yer hair cut".
Gretna were surprisingly well organised for a team with a -77 goal difference, Quigg's goal being the 100th they've conceded. A nervy finish was averted when the ref blew for time at least three minutes early. There were loads of stoppages, including one long one for Bright's clash of heads and many substitutions.
Not a bad run now - WDWDWWW. I think seventh place is a realistic target but they'll need to play a lot better than that.
Crowd maybe 250ish, not that anyone seems to care...

Wow that was a come down after Tuesdays performance. A real struggle against basically a pub team. Class save from Ross at 0-0 that kept us in it. Still a wins a win, but that was one to turn people off. Dreadful.

We got there in the end. I did urge caution with some of the more outlandish predictions. Yes you Prof.

Would like to pay tribute to the kids that lead both teams out great experience for them and they sure made plenty of noise. A real credit to their parents. 3 points not the prettiest but all that matters

I accept no responsibility and my prediction of a win and us scoring the 100th league goal they conceded this season came true. I must say that although Rovers didn't perform close to the standard of Tuesdays match Gretna have improved since we last met them. My head is spinning, most likely due to the shrill noise during the game rather than my consumption in the pub.

I'll be happy with a last minute 1-0 win. What I really want though is for the team to continue in the same vein that they have recently. I think Gretna will give us a game on Saturday and make it hard.. I certainly dont expect a walkover, but I would love it to happen. I've got next weeks lottery numbers if anyone wants them..

Another great 3 points, doesn’t matter how we get it as long as we get the 3 points, massive shoutout to Sean Fagan on his 150th appearance for the club yesterday, the man is a legend of the club, I hope he stays for another 150 appearances
