Waw. Even by Rovers continuing 'revolving door of directors policy' joining in January and leaving in March takes some beating. Probably eclipsed by last year`s boardroom shenanigans......Alan Benton and another chap duly elected to BOD....both resigned before their appointments could be registered on Companies House. at least Mulholland`s appointment - and termination - was registered on CH.....

A quick check of the website shows Iain/Ian Mulholland is still listed as a Director of the Club. This is at odds with the recent Companies House update which terminated his appointment.
The website doesn’t take a particularly long time to update (particularly when removing or adding content which isn’t long form articles) so it would seem unlikely this is a mere oversight.
Perhaps some clarity can be provided on that?

The website is updated by volunteers Jordan. I notice the results haven't been updated since the end of March, some of the kit sponsors don't have names next to them & some of the club staff members don't have photos next to their names, these & probably a few other articles also need updating, but you don't mention these issues.. Since you left the board of directors, you've continually made comments to cause friction within the club when what Albion Rovers require is everyone to come together..

Phil, it takes *literally* two minutes to update the website (removing/adding staff, posting results) so I do think it makes us look unprofessional. Ben will tell you himself that I always had a moan about the website.
Having a pop at my conduct as a mere fan now, coming from an official club photographer, who openly slates players and staff despite expecting the perks (bus travel!) is pretty rich.

I’d also argue, Phil, that who’s running the show at Cliftonhill is more important than what you allude to.

Does coming together involve slating the players in a private Facebook forum, Phil? If so, your understanding of that term is warped.

Hope you haven’t decided to leave the club Phil over the post on the facebook Forum. I’m pretty sure 99% of fans agree with you. We had players this year who thought they were above the LL and Albion Rovers but will quickly learn they aren’t good enough.
Jordan I understand you had a tough time of it when you where on the board (the BOD that relegated us) but when are you going to give up this constant negativity around everything with the club and just buy a season ticket and support the team like everyone else.

Really sad to see you go Phil - you have done a fantastic job bringing photos of matches to people how couldn’t make the game. As for being allowed on the team bus to an away match - that should be the very least the club would offer our media team who all work as volunteers. As for our media team, they do an excellent job. As someone who cannot make midweek matches due to work commitments it great to be kept up to date by Twitter or the brilliant commentary from David. Albion Rovers runs on volunteers and let’s never forget that.

I think a lot of soul-searching and proper PR work will have to be the cornerstone from players/management to ensure the fans are kept on board for next season. The season just ended should be a lessons learned to take the club forward. Whatever playing staff we can assemble in the close season has to realise the fans are at the core of the club and whilst badge kissing seems to be a modern trend coming from the highest leagues, that alone is not enough to earn respect. Just watched Ipswich Town celebrating their success and the involvement of all connected to that club. In our own way we need to encompass that feeling.
