We will get no more than 500 for this match; £16 is too high and I cannot believe it is all-ticket.

If I remember right, weren’t prices for the Motherwell game 3 years ago £12 and £7?

And £20 & £10 for Celtic last season! £2 more than Rovers charge adults and about £8 less than St Johnstone charge, seems ok to me.
Does seem unnecessary to make the game all-ticket but maybe the police insisted for some reason!

We will get no more than 500 for this match; £16 is too high and I cannot believe it is all-ticket. St Johnstone fans on P&B seem confident of taking 1000+ to this game. Apparently they get a boost in away support in cup games. The two sides haven’t met since 1990’s so it might attract a few who have never visited the Coatbridge SAN Siro. As far as the admission of £16 I’m ok with this. This is the cup and we need to finely balance between making some money from the competition and completely putting people off from going. Go Rovers!

Is this one of those awkward situations where the home club has to charge a higher price than usual due to the higher status of the visiting club?
Whatever the answer to that is, it is good that Rovers are playing a cup tie at home. Surprised that the police did not ask for a move, but almost certainly they did ask for all ticket. If not, how many above official capacity could sneak into Cliftonhill before someone official noticed and blabbed.
Given they will be coming off their winter break, are not having a good season by their standards, I think Rovers are in with a shout, really looking forward to the match.

Glad the match is at Cliftonhill,,i think the price is pretty fair in that its a cup match against spl opposition,,and i reckon it will be a sell out or very close to being so. St Johnstone wont fancy playing at Cliftonhill,,only bad thing is neither will our boys lol. Bring them on!
