Great move for Charlie. Good luck to one of the best players I have ever seen at Cliftonhill.

Maybe get him back on loan then. Would be happy with taking Luke, Ewan and him for another season

I do wish they’d keep these things secret until the season has concluded. Inevitable as mentioned he’d be offski, at least we’ll be entitled to a wee payout as he’s 21.

Great move for Charlie. He has made a brilliant contribution to our season and hopefully can continue to do so in the remaining games.

Huge loss for wherever Rovers end up playing next season. Some serious recruitment needed to fill that void

Was always destined for higher things even if WE had got promotion- hope we can find a replacement that fits the bill and his final swansong could be a hat trick against Stirling !

Really pleased for him. He's certainly earned a decent move and I'd hope he can make a move forward again after this one.
Truth is without him we'd have sealed bottom spot a long time ago. Half a new squad of players required for next year at least cause he will be one serious loss!!

Good luck, Charlie. Two winners over the next two Saturdays would do just fine.
You just know that we are going to draw Dundee in the Scottish or League Cup next season.
As everyone says, Charlie has been a revelation this season in some games. There are days that he was unplayable, really exciting to watch, the fact that teams had two marking him, sometimes three, tells its own story. Certainly became a much better player than he was in the previous season. Full time football should make him better, even fitter, and sharpen up his skills even more. But there were some games where he was anonymous, should have been standing on the terracing beside us, but noticed in the last few games his work rate was definately up.
Most Exciting player? Open to question. I think I saw a Tony Green match where he just ran riot, and I thought Connor Shields was the best I had ever seen at Cliftonhill, he was the complete player from day 1. Connor was unlucky with his move to Sunderland and the way that it worked out, but he can come again.
Next season, getting him on loan sounds like a plan.

Curious to know if someone like Charlie would have a different training regime to the part time players also working 38 hours a week at ARFC? Club has quite a bit of young talent who I'm sure dream of a full time move, are they encourage to do mid week gym sessions, additional training to develop further at the club?
Also, does the club make any money for this move to a potential Premiership club?

Which might allude to his jump up in form. Dundee being one. Well these are the rumours on the terracing ! Charlie was with Hamilton and Partick Thistle so he will know exactly what is needed. Great move for him. All the best - best Rovers player we've seen since Chappy imo.
