Not sure the club physio having a pop at a paying customer who expects better is particularly fair. Interesting, but not fair. However if you prefer I won’t bother posting on here. 👍🏼 I would prefer if you post when you feel you want to, this message board is open for all.......although at one time it wasn`t called `Pravda` for nothing.....LOL

Wasn’t having a go at all, and he has every right to expect better.Just didn’t think it was right to put ‘players’ that was all. However if you prefer I won’t bother posting on here. 👍🏼 You’re absolutely within your rights to post on here. But, as a club official, I don’t find it particularly professional to have a pop at a loyal fan.

Paul is spot on, too. Shambolic performance on Saturday. Players, yes, but at a certain level. Show me effort and commitment and, despite the result, I’ll back you.

It certainly wasn’t my intention to have a go or a pop at anyone. I won’t be saying anymore on this particular thread. So again my apologies for any misunderstanding.

Fair enough up to a point stew. But it’s the current board who appointed Brogan and it’s Brogan who signed the dross we’re watching today. I'd love to know who on the board made this decision to appoint the manager? Was there a shortlist? Was there debate around the boardroom table about the strengths or weaknesses of each candidate? I will certainly be asking these questions as a long standing shareholder. We need clarity on short term targets for the management team. We have to be realistic though as we are in difficult financial times for a small poorly supported club. Finally, I remember the 90s when Inverness best us 6 nil in first half. We won 2nd half one nil. Team came back with no points. I came home with three points at Pitlochry for speeding. Peter

One thing is for sure and that is the Board need to have a Plan B and have that in place by the end of September.
To be honest I am not even angry at John Brogan. I am angry at the financial mismanagement of Rovers by inept directors over the last few seasons that have frittered away lucrative Cup tie money.
This has resulted in us scrapping for our lives at the foot of the table and facing the very real possibility of slipping into Scottish football obscurity.
I am also angry at the suicidal appointed last year of Brian Kerr as 1st Team Manager. We knew then the importance of surviving in the league last season.
Even when it was obvious Kerr's appointment had gone horribly wrong the Boards ineptitude prevented them from taking the necessary action.
I would love to know what other managers applied for the Rovers job, knew the budget he had to work with, yet was overlooked in favour of John Brogan. Was anyone else even interviewed ?
John Brogan's stature as a player deserves to buy him a little more time but he has to get results in the next 3 games or that is it for me.

The whole thing is a disaster. I can't quite believe it. To go from giving £10000 to charity to being just about bankrupt is horrific. Previous boards entirely to blame. The money from the Celtic match went entirely on paying huge debts. How did this happen? The club seems to be disappearing before my eyes at he moment. Third Lanark the second...And like I said before, just watch the vultures start to gather around. The Rangers cup games were a real fill up financially, I might be getting my financial crises mixed up, but Rovers were seriously in the red, it had reached a point where RBoS tellers came to the matches and were bagging the cash and banking it immediately. I might be wrong but £250,000 in the red is what I remember, with no obvious prospect of paying the debt off. Do not know for sure but the cup money did not clear all the debt. Happy to be told different. Weeks before the draw that gave us Celtic, a letter went out to shareholders asking for donations or loans to get the club to the end of the season. The board in between the two cup matches financially lost the plot, there was a lot of great publicity but it hurt the bank balance (the money donated to a charity was £10,000 rather than £100,000). The Celtic cup cash saved the Rovers, it did not set us up for the future. Clubs get cash from the league based on your finish position, so that income stream is going down. Brian Kerr operated on a low budget last season, a hang over from previous boards, John Brogan lower still this season. In defence of the board last season, after Christmas there were several loanees brought in, loanees are not free, they are a cost to the club. John Brogan was a terrific player, a real hero of mine. I so want this to work out for him (and us). Others have suggested waiting till end of September, and reviewing the situation, I think that is fair.
