That is up to the board to sort out. They got us in this mess, they get us out of it. Taking this logic to its natural conclusion no manager would ever be sacked from any club no matter how bad! I don't have all the answers and obviously neither do you but Brogan has to go. And while we are at it I don't have answers to the share issue or fixing the showers. Would you expect me to? I am just a humble fan and season ticket holder. Not getting rid of him is also baffling and mindnumbing.

Agreed jimbo. I'm actually convinced Albion-4-never is an Airdrie fan at the wind-up or one of Brogan's relatives.
Truth is - it wouldn't matter who took the team. 0 competitive wins says it all. Whoever comes in can't do any feckin worse!
Brogan out!

easiest thing in the world to cry "sack the manager". to everyone on the thread, here's a challenge...who do you, personally, recommend to replace him?
and I mean realistic, financially feasible prospects, not a list of every random unemployed ex-premier manager

In any business, football or otherwise, it`s not good to sack anybody (unless serious disciplinary matters) without having a replacement lined up. Better the devil you know...and all that

Better the devil you know...and all that Ordinarily I'd agree Grant. But 10 consecutive defeats in 10 competitive matches. I'm not sure how it could be any worse than that. No until after the Clyde game anyway when it'll be 11 in 11.

Do we have a Plan B?

Interesting quote from the journalist Jim Spence commenting on the sacking of Stubbs at St.Mirren :-
"If you feel you have made mistakes as a board in a managerial appointment, it is better to address it quickly ,pay the man up honourably, take a look at your hiring techniques, and get it right next time".

The manager has to go. The Chairman has to step down. Don’t believe the absolute guff that we’re somehow ‘untouchable’ - I’m sure lots of managers with SPFL experience would jump at the chance to take the reins and turn things around. Time is up, John. Time is up, Ronnie. The clock is ticking. The future of our club could be decided in the coming weeks and, to be frank, it’s looking rather bleak. do you actually believe all this rhetoric? you talk of high stakes, but high stakes demand serious decisions, not mindless fatalism. many teams, companies, and organisations have tried the "sack everyone", all-heads-must-roll approach. if you're lucky, it improves matters once in a hundred times - and even then, only when there's a better management group ready and willing to take over, which in this case I highly doubt.
interesting, also, that you haven't started a poll on whether the chairman should stay or go. interesting because, once people think it through, I doubt they'll agree that chucking out your whole management structure with zero succession plan is a clever move. maybe I'm wrong?

I’ve made my feelings re: the Chairman and the Manager abundantly clear.

What would you do then fob? Leave it as it is and if so, why? Or change things and if so, what?
