Do you really think they will win when a vote of all clubs was taken within the rules? Dundee Yes, Dundee No. Within the rules?

The rules didn’t effectively cover the situation.
Therefore the realistic options (ignoring recon) were:
Declare the season null & void
Do what they did and declare whilst scrapping all play-offs
Wait a very uncertain period and finish the season and that’ have knock-on effect to following season(s)
IMO waiting wasn’t on and a decision had to made and was made albeit in let’s call an unorthodox voting process.
The decision was a majority.
Case closed!

The rules stated that after any team voted no they had 28 days in which they could change their mind,
SFA rules, not SPFL say that for playoffs to take place, all games in the season must be completed so they didn't take place, also means 12 clubs don't know their fate or what division to play in up until maybe a week before.
Weather or not people agree with it, Phone records, e-mails, messages were all examined by an external company who found nothing untoward or unusual,

Hearts & Partick fined £2500 each for going to court rather than arbitration. Not much, considering the amounts of money involved.
