Surely we should be looking at a `feeder` system, bringing on players from younger age groups to Josh`s squad...then, if good enough, the reserves....then...who knows?

Grant I respect your opinion but sometimes you talk nonsense. The Rovers run Community camps etc and this surely is the feeder systems right up the ranks to the first team. I've read posts on here talking about the Community teams and "everyone" wearing Rovers strips amongst the young.
The community model is sound and working.

That sounds as if you are a feeder club for the Reserves but with no-one coming through??
Surely I have misread this?

In all due respect Grant. The new recruits come from the feeder system from the Rovers Community teams. Bread and butter stuff at this level up to Championship teams. Coatbridge and surrounding areas can draw on populations of 50,000+. Clearly the board has a handle on this.

Played some good stuff. Could've been 7 or 8 if some of the chances were taken.

My first time going to a U19 game tonight, promised myself i would go one day. Some nice passages of play, good save by the keeper from the penalty and a well taken goal by the number 16 I think. Don't know any of their names. Rubbish night weatherwise for playing but yeah some good play from the Rovers tonight. Keep up the good work Josh ☺

FT | Albion Rovers 1 v 1 EK
A fantastic glancing header at the front post by Tyler Tobin on the 89th minute was good enough to earn a point.
Best of luck to EK for the rest of the season.

Thank you also to Albion Rovers board for allowing us use of the Stadium. Also thank you to Ronnie & Bill for opening and closing the stadium for us. Appreciated.
