A potentially pivotal tie this Saturday at home to bottom dogs Cowden. We sit in 9th place, 9 points ahead of the Fifers.
Obviously taking all 3 points would be a big boost in our quest to stay away from the pyramid play-off at the end of the season. That said, a win would also keep on track our chances to nab a promotion play-off spot. We are just 5 points off the bottom play-off place currently occupied by Edinburgh City who we also play soon. Potentially importantly we have the advantage of 1 or 2 games in hand over all the teams in between us and Edinburgh who themselves have played the same number of games as Rovers.
I predict a rousing 3-0 win for Rovers after a nervy start.

I think a draw will be enough for us to stay far enough away from bottom spot, however any chance of getting in the play off and we need to win on Saturday. I think the season will carry on with a bit of hope and I'm going for a 2-1 home win.

Cowden are so stuffy lately and can grind out matches - we need to be at them Alloa style from the start ! Within reason ! That said Albion 1 Cowdenbeath 0 would do .

Really cannot call this one. Hope we win but they'll score so my wish is for 4-1 to Rovers. Or maybe 7-4 to follow the lead of the under 21s on Tuesday😁
Come on Rovers.

Would settle for 0-0 right now.
Think the squad is good enough to be challenging for a top 4 spot, if injuries would clear.
If we could get a run going, the league is so tight, but then everyone else will be thinking the same.
Nervous Saturday coming up.

They've recruited a few bodies. They'll be a different team than they were last time we played them.
Nearly game and 1 nil to the rovers

I watched them v Stranraer last week. I think Rovers can just about beat 'Ambitious Cowdenbeath'.

A very important game. I’ll go for 3-2 Rovers in a hard fought game. Cowdenbeath will be up for this as possibly a last chance to close on the pack including us. I hope we can match them. Our motivation should be to join the fight for the final playoff spot rather than be involved in the scramble at the bottom.

Love the fact that we are 2nd bottom but prefer to talk about securing a play off spot.
It really is a must win. 3-1 Rovers.

Il go for a 1-0 rovers win but I'd be happy with a point tomorrow.

Has to be a win for me. Need to reopen the gap and get a win to boost confidence. A run like the under 21s would do the team and us fans the world of good. We can but dream! 2-1 Vers. 🤞

Another big game tomorrow.
With our very difficult February coming up we really could do with a win tomorrow.
Reckon we'll get it too with a 2-0 victory.
C'mon Rovers!!

A pretty much must win game for both teams really. I think 10 wins will be enough to escape relegation with 12 wins making absolutely sure of it, so we have a bit to go. I think given our away schedule for the whole of February means we need to take the points tomorrow. Anyone thinking about a playoff spot means the Rovers will need to go on a 4-5 game winning run - consistency the name of the game which lets face it the 6 teams above us are struggling to do too. Cowden have made some new signings which I think has made them much harder to beat - tomorrow will be a battle no doubts about it.

I dont know weather to be confident or not,
Bonus points for anyone who knows the last time Cowdenbeath won at Cliftonhill
Statistically they have to win at Cliftonhill at some point, but their record on the Hallowed Turf is so poor
