Hope the manager get a stand in goalkeeper this week and a striker.

Nobody says a loss is acceptable but the last couple of games has been an improvement but I think the manager has produced a squad capable of staying in this league. Fair enough we've not had the best of starts but hold tight. Brilliant support from the fans at half time and full time. I agree with this. Team gave there all today and any platform moving forward is built on that. Disappointing to lose but I feel a win is not far away. Team was always going to need several games to get up to speed/physicality with this league. A win at hamden would be a welcome jump start.

Hampden will be tough, but it would be absolutely brilliant if we could do it there.

Everybody has an opinion, and I feel j brogan has enough to keep albion in the league. Chris, were u one of the fans cheering the boys off the park today? No. I didn't feel they played well enough. We lost 1-0 and had it not been for an off the line clearance and admitidly 3 good saves from potts. It would have been 5-0 very easily. Never mind the penalty which means it could have been 6-0 By the way that was just in the first half

Any positives u want to bring to the table Chris? Potts making saves, defenders clearing off the line... Is that not what they're paid to do?

Does he need to bring positives to a game that ARFC were beat? The histort of the game will only show Albion Rovers 0-1 Elgin City. Another defeat, another 3 points dropped. They won’t show Albion Rovers 0-1 Elgin City but it was an improved performance from rovers. 0 win 0 draws 7 defeats but things are going well at the club apparently as there’s an improved performance and only conceded one goal instead of 4/5.

Really can’t dispute that there was a noticeable improvement on the park. Heard, from a few sources, that yesterday’s game was in doubt in light of Health & Safety issues at the ground. Very concerning.
I agree with Paul and Chris, though. A 1-0 defeat to Elgin isn’t good enough by any stretch of the imagination.

I drove past the stadium and noticed several electrical work vans parked up on the wee hill part to the main stand and several workmen entering the stadium. At the time I never thought anything of it but it is very concerning as I’m sure this will have cost the club £££.
