we faffed around for a month and missed out on Ian Murray my first choice
maybe the "she" bit is a good idea if you think outside the box Shelley Kerr from Stirling/Scotland is a possibly a good and cheap option

that being said, if we can get them we should go for someone Brian Reid or Martin Corrigan someone with experience and contacts because a lack of that was why Brogan was a complete failure at this level

It wont be easy but we don't need a miracle, having seen Cowdenbeath, Stirling Albion and Berwick they'd do well to climb the table. We need only finish up in 9th place although 2 or 3 places above that would be nice. If we get the right man* he may be able to bring in a few new players as this doesn't necessarily cost. No doubt there'll be loads of applicants for the job and hopefully some of the calibre we need. * we may get some female applicants and I'm sure they'd be considered but frankly it's unlikely. I kind of beg to differ insomuch that the entire first team squad bar probably the loanee keeper, Fish and Wharton (on his good days) are absolutely gash. The new manager needs to 'persuade' as many as he can that their Saturday afternoons would be better spent elsewhere and at the same time bring in some quality. I know that's a big ask but all the evidence so far suggests that is what's needed. Right now I'd settle for 9th.

If he's got the time there's plenty of asses, sorry asset's. to manage at the Vers. On another point, I suppose its down to them not resigning but the whole management team should have gone not just Brogan. The fact that they will be in charge for Saturday is concerning as nothing will change. But then change will take time and changes needed at board level as well unfortunately.

Given the standard of decision making in recent times:
Offering rookie Kerr the post when we needed experience; Persevering with Kerr long after the game was a bogie; Inexplicably offering Kerr another year ffs; Appointing Brogan on the 'dream ticket'; and Giving Brogan a pretty glowing vote of confidence only last week.
Then I'd say they've probably been offered the gig already.
