I agree dm, it’s not just a wee bit out their depth it is miles. I also agree stew that shouting abuse isn’t right. At the same time shouting ‘happy thoughts’ isn’t going to turn players who can’t master the basics into better players. There’s a reason why these guys were playing at the level they were. I’m genuinely sorry to say it but we’ve tried this approach, it hasn’t worked and we need a clear out. And when do u expect to have this clear out? Unless funds are produced in January we've got these players until end of season.

I’d like to see Jamie McKenzie get a crack at it. Doing very well as am manager at junior clubs. I know he we are looking for someone with managing at league level but after seeing his results with forth and Gartcairn can’t see why not give him a chance.

Jamie has already had a stint as caretaker gaffer at Elgin City which lasted a fair wee while albeit over 10 years ago now so has some league experience too. He was a hot head as a player but appears to have calmed down. Can't see him even applying tho'

we just had an ex Rovers player based on his management in the juniors and his last experience in senior leagues was donkeys ago look how that went. Forget Mckenzie can I suggest we narrow our search to someone in with experience in professional football from some point in the last 10 years

Brilliant thinking. Tell you what, why don't we get a junior manager in and then....... get him to sign some players from the lower levels of the juniors with a sprinkling of Alloa weans who aren't ready. I mean, what could possibly go wrong?
I mean seriously, is it just me?

If Jamie mckenzie is interested I'd take him in a second. What’s your reasoning for this clamour for Jamie? Nothing against the guy but surely if we’ve learned anything it’s that there’s a huge difference from Junior & senior football. And like JB he hasn’t even been operating at top end of Jnrs Saw Alan Archibald mentioned, can we get real?? He was in premier league for years , he’s not going to gamble whatever’s left of his reputation on the worst team in the country. We’re looking at some old guy looking for last pay day or some young coAch or ex pro looking to make his way in the game. Give me the latter every day of the week, i’d Rather have enthusiasm than someone chasing a pay day.

In fact a player manager would be perfect with a good assistant , would get someone on the management ladder and an old head on the pitch to teach youngsters

That's my personal opinion... But I feel the players may react to modern day managers technique no old school ear bashing
